Information & Tips for your Trip
Sights with stops lasting 15 to 20 minutes.
The tour (Route 1) will last from 7 to 9 hours.
We recommend wearing casual clothing and sport shoes or hiking boots, as well as bringing a warm coat.
A small backpack and snacks (e.g., fruit, cereal bars, water, etc.) are also advisable for extra energy.
Participation in Tours
Please follow the guide's instructions and behave responsibly.
The company reserves the right to refuse inappropriate behavior.
Please limit luggage to a small backpack or bag.
Please note that the tour is not wheelchair accessible.
The company reserves the right to alter tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our guides are fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Pick-up & Drop Off
Drop-off and pick-up services are crucial for customer satisfaction.
Our goal is to provide clarity and address any concerns before each tour.
We offer free service whenever possible.
There is a €20 fee for drop-off and pick-up services, for example, in Ericeira.
Drop-off and pick-up services are not available in Lisbon due to vehicle restrictions and traffic conditions.
If drop-off and pick-up services are not possible for some reason, please contact us via phone or email.
We're happy to assist with local transportation options and coordinate meeting points.
Payment & Liability Rules
Minimum of 2 people, maximum of 7.
The tour is free for children up to 11 years old.
A pre-payment of €100 is required for reservation, with the remaining balance due prior to the start of the tour.
If the tour is cancelled by The Westernmost Route of Europe, travelers will be fully reimbursed.
Travelers may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will incur a €50 charge, with the remainder refunded.
All travelers are covered by compulsory insurance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property caused by the traveler's negligence.
